Online Program
The Waking up Love program is a digital program and no material will be mailed to you. If you choose to order the optional Waking up Love Workbook, it will be fulfilled by Amazon. The workbook is not a requirement to register for the program, but will enhance the experience of the participant. The Waking up Love developers and Gini Swancy are not responsible for the quality of video streaming available in the participants location. The participant should add info@wakinguplove.com to their address book to insure timely delivery of program emails.
Customer Support/Service
Your satisfaction is very important to us at Waking up Love. If you need help or have a question, please email info@wakinguplove.com and we will respond as soon as possible. Gini may answer emails that are of a personal nature, as time allows, but this is not part of the program and cannot be guaranteed. For one on one coaching, you can schedule time with Gini on her personal website www.GiniSwancy.com. If you experience technical difficulties with the delivery of the program material, we will do our best to assist in helping to get you up and running. However, we cannot assist in equipment or internet service issues as these are outside of the scope of our expertise.
Professional Services
The Waking up Love program is designed to assist participants in taking control of the love in their romantic relationship. This program is not presented as marriage counseling or therapy. The opinions held within are those of the program developer and not of a licensed therapist. All participants are responsible for how they interpret and use the material presented. If a participant is in need of professional assistance or help, it is their sole responsibility to seek the appropriate professional. The Waking up Love program developers and Gini Linnabery Swancy are not responsible for any outcome related to participants use of program materials.
Privacy
We take privacy very seriously and do our best to protect the information you give us including your name, email and address. We do not sell or share our participants' information with any third party vendor. We do not make public the names or identities of those who register for the program, however we encourage you to join our private Waking up Love Facebook group.
